The Rowlett Quilters' Guild welcomes visitors and new members. We would love to have you join us for our next meeting on
Saturday, September 20, 2008
from 10:00 a.m. until Noon at the First United Methodist Church in Rowlett. Even if you have never quilted, we welcome your presence. Our guild encourages quilt lovers, as well as quilters at any level of expertise or interest.
Program for September - On Saturday, September 20, the program will be Cupcake Pincushions by Joanne Kamper. Please plan to bring the following items, if you would like to participate in the program.
- 5" X 10" piece of fabric for cake part
- 6" square for frosting part
- fabric yo-yo, flower or other decoration for top
- scissors, needle and thread
- fat quarter to thank Joanne Kamper for presenting the program
Note: There is a minimal amount of sewing, so a few light weight machines are needed.
